Frequently Asked Questions

Are bags included?
It depends on the option you choose. In any case, it accepts any standard roll, so you aren't dependent on a specific refill.

Does it attach to any leash?
Yes, with the carabiner. It also works on the leash handle, a fanny pack, or the rings on a backpack.

Does it open by itself during walks?
No. The closure is a snap-fit and the bag comes out by pulling the tab, never from movement.

When will I receive it?
It leaves the warehouse in 1-3 business days and arrives in 7-15 business days in Spain and Europe. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
