Shipping policy

We ship to the United States, Spain and more than 25 other countries. Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days and shipped directly from our warehouses and international suppliers.

Shipping cost: free standard shipping with tracking to every destination.

Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days to Spain and Europe; 8–14 business days to the United States and the rest of the world.

Customs: orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local duties or taxes, payable by the recipient.

Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Problems with your order: if it does not arrive within the stated time frame, email us at hola@nuvorashop.es or call +34 688 745 045 and we will sort it out.

Enviamos a España, Estados Unidos y a más de 25 países. Los pedidos se preparan en 1-3 días laborables y se envían directamente desde nuestros almacenes y proveedores internacionales.

Gastos de envío: envío estándar gratuito con seguimiento en todos los destinos.

Plazo de entrega estimado: 7–12 días laborables en España y Europa; 8–14 días laborables en Estados Unidos y resto del mundo.

Aduanas: los pedidos con destino fuera de la Unión Europea pueden estar sujetos a aranceles o impuestos locales, a cargo del destinatario.

Seguimiento: recibirás un número de seguimiento por email cuando tu pedido salga del almacén.
