We want you to shop with peace of mind. If something doesn't fit your dog, we make it easy for you.

30 days to return

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, no questions asked. If you live in the European Union, you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Conditions

The product must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging, with all accessories. Keep your order number.

How to request a return

Write to us at pedidos@nuvorashop.es with your order number and we will reply in less than 24 business hours. If the item arrived defective or incorrect, a photo is enough: we will refund you without you having to send anything back. In other cases, we will confirm the return and provide the shipping address by email; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept returns sent without prior request.

Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the same payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to reflect it.
