Shipping and delivery

We ship to Spain, the United States, and more than 25 countries. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and are sent directly from our international warehouses and suppliers to your address.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free with tracking to all destinations. There are no hidden costs at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Spain and Europe: 7–12 business days.
United States and the rest of the world: 8–14 business days.

These are realistic timeframes, not best-case scenarios. During peak season (November-January) they may be extended by a few days.

Customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Within the EU, there are no additional charges: the price you see is the final price.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can use it to check the location of your package at any time.

Delayed or damaged package?

If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe or arrives damaged, please email us at hola@nuvorashop.es with your order number and we will resolve it: a reshipment or a refund, whichever you prefer.
